All fine, but leaves in pool

This place was an appropriate option for a brief retreat in Louisville with definitely value for money. I really loved the comfy bed and awesome pillows that made my sleep pretty great. Request a quieter room if noise bothers you.

The King Suite was spacious and had a full-length mirror, which I appreciated. There were 2 TVs, a microwave, and a cozy couch to relax on. The separate sink and bathroom setup was convenient. Everything felt clean and comfy. The little touches like cookies at reception made it a nice stay. However, I did hear some noise from outside, but it wasn't too bad.

I had an awesome time with my friends at the hotel! We visited the Superior Historical Museum and enjoyed some golfing nearby. It’s a great spot for fun and adventure with comfy beds and a fantastic breakfast. The staff was friendly and made us feel right at home!

One issue we faced was the slow elevator service. It wasn’t a huge deal, but it could be improved for guests who may have mobility issues or lots of luggage.

I loved the clean, well-decorated rooms and the friendly staff. The complimentary breakfast offered a wonderful variety of fresh options, and I truly appreciated the easy access to my ground-floor room, making my stay convenient and comfortable.

I really loved how close I was to great food options like MOD Pizza and Mad Greens, just a few steps away, and the welcoming atmosphere made my stay even better as the staff were incredibly friendly.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and the breakfast options were fantastic. The staff, especially Rachel at the front desk, provided incredible service. However, the shower could use some maintenance to feel more stable.

Their empathy was noticeable, especially at breakfast with fresh fruit and real bacon. I also found the bottled water and cookies available at all times to be a nice touch.

One issue I faced was the room not being cleaned during my stay. I also encountered plumbing issues with the toilet, which was inconvenient.

This hotel suits me perfectly! I love the free wi-fi, seasonal outdoor pool, and 24-hour reception. The staff helped return my documents from my first stay, which I greatly appreciated. Definitely recommend staying here!

The staff was super friendly, and Will at the front desk was a total gem, checking us in quickly. Breakfast was bomb—loved all the choices! Our room was clean and smelled great. Those beds were so comfy. Kinda wish the pool could be a bit cleaner, though.
